Who we are - Built by people who kept getting called in too late
DGxC builds the connecting work between business systems. Four people started it, after enough years in delivery and engineering to keep meeting the same failure. The software worked. The business lost hours to it anyway, because nothing joined up cleanly at the edges.
Where we excel
Most of the difficult work sits between things. A quoting tool and a finance ledger. A field team and a scheduling system. A partner’s API and a process that predates it. That space rarely belongs to anyone, so it falls to whoever notices first, by hand, usually with a deadline already running.
Someone has to read the process the way it runs rather than the way the org chart describes it. Then agree what a correct record looks like, and build the connection once, properly, so nobody has to hold it together afterwards. None of it is clever. Doing it consistently takes people who have watched it go wrong.
Clients increasingly ask us where AI fits into the systems we build. It sits directly on top of that work. A model with explicit rules, systems that agree with each other, and a procedure someone has written down will take on the routine decisions and hand back what needs a person.
The groundwork takes the longest. The intelligent part comes quickly once there is something to build on.
What we commit to - Three promises that are easy to hold us to.
Values are cheap to write down. These three cost something when they are kept, which is the only reason to publish them.
- You own it. The system, the code, the data and the models stay yours. When an engagement ends, nothing has to be handed back or licensed to keep running.
- We stay past launch. A build that ships and then drifts is a build that failed slowly. Engagements carry on through a cycle of measuring, planning and changing, for as long as the business keeps moving.
- An audit can end in no build. Where the foundations will not carry a project, the honest answer is a written specification and a recommendation to stop. Your own team should be able to act on that specification without us.

The firm is small and stays that way on purpose. Clients sign with a company in their own jurisdiction: the UK parent covers the UK and Europe, with separate entities for the United States and Canada. The people below are the whole of it.

- Curtis Cox. Co-founder, sales and growth. Usually the first conversation, and still around long after the work has started.
- Damian Hardy. Co-founder, commercial and outcomes. Works out what a piece of work is worth before anyone commits to it, then checks afterwards whether it was.
- Lyndon Cox. Co-founder, technical. Architecture and engineering standards, and the last word on whether something is ready to run.
