Our work - Different problems, one question

Hospitals, colleges, government campaigns and a towing company in Grand Forks, North Dakota all started in the same place: something was broken, and leaving it that way had a real cost. The case studies below cover what came next, across services ranging from enterprise website builds to intelligent middleware.

Case studies

A global hospitality group

Enterprise Website Builds

Hundreds of property sites, one shared foundation

Each site in the group's Middle East region had gone its own direction, producing duplicated effort, inconsistent guest experience across properties that share a brand, and cost that grew with every new site.

We are delivering a polysite framework: one design system and one shared technical foundation carrying the whole portfolio, while individual properties keep the brand distinctiveness that matters to them.

amazee.io

Intelligent Middleware

Self-service AI demos, claimed in one click

amazee.io wanted prospective customers to experience AI-enhanced Drupal rather than read about it, without demos consuming engineering time.

We co-developed Polydock, an open-source orchestration engine, and extended it with pre-provisioned hot demos that are claimed instantly, feed the CRM, and clean themselves up after seven days.

WICHE

Enterprise Website Builds

Education policy, in one place, with the dates that matter

Institutions and educators track policy across multiple government websites, where it sits buried and presented in a way that leaves compliance timelines unclear.

We designed and built a Policy Tracker mini-site on Drupal: six dedicated content types, repeatable components, and a content model built around how institutions actually consume policy.

A support organisation

Enterprise Website Builds

A platform where being unknown is the feature

A support organisation needed a digital platform for people in situations where being identified is itself a danger. Most platforms are built to know their users. This one had to be built not to.

We engineered privacy in as architecture rather than policy: anonymous accounts, a safe-exit path, and reporting stripped of personally identifiable information by design.

WICHE WCET SAN

Enterprise Website Builds

Compliance resources, out of the filing cabinet

The WCET State Authorisation Network helps higher education institutions handle regulatory compliance. Its resources lived in PDFs, Google Docs and an off-site registration tool.

We embedded a structured resource database and an on-site registration system into their Drupal platform, then put a maintenance agreement around it that treats accessibility as recurring work rather than a one-off audit.

A New York senior living organisation

Enterprise Website Builds

Four campus sites, one platform for families

The organisation ran several siloed websites, each tied to a different campus building. Families met fragmented navigation and inconsistent branding at exactly the point where they were comparing options during a difficult decision.

Partnering with the agency of record, we consolidated the estate into one accessible platform on Next.js and Strapi, migrated over 300 pages with SEO preserved, and trained the content team to run it.

A large healthcare organisation

Enterprise Website Builds

Several fragmented sites, one accessible platform

The hospital group had accumulated outdated websites that needed consolidating into one modern platform that patients, staff and the wider community could rely on.

We provided senior design direction, led the Drupal development, migrated thousands of pages, validated navigation against more than 125 user tests, and built the platform to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Wyss Academy for Nature

Enterprise Website Builds

An annual report that stopped being an annual rebuild

Each year the Wyss Academy for Nature publishes a substantial digital annual report. The question was how to publish the next one quickly and cost-effectively without starting from scratch, while keeping previous years available as a record.

Working with design partner Zeilenwerk, we turned the report into a repeatable clone-and-customise product on Drupal, with multilingual content and ongoing maintenance.

Global Diplomatic Institution

Intelligent Middleware

Twenty-one sites, six stacks, one cutover

A high-profile institution wanted its entire digital news and media estate, 21 individual sites hosting thousands of hours of video, moved to cloud-native hosting for resilience and delivery speed.

The geopolitical sensitivity of the platform meant the migration had to happen as a single cutover. All 21 sites went live without downtime, and the legacy platform was retired within weeks.

Fortem International

Intelligent Middleware

A post-sales system for a high growth events organiser

Fortem International is a UK-based, multi-award-winning global trade exhibition organiser with over 20 years of experience.

DGxC built a single Intelligent Middleware platform that connected five existing systems, cutting the errors and delays that came from running deals across systems that never shared data.

DGxC were a pleasure to work with and have become a valued extension of our team, ensuring the continued success and development of our systems.

A criminal justice college in New York

Enterprise Website Builds

Ten years of platform debt, cleared in stages

The college needed to leave Drupal 7 and the on-premises Windows servers underneath it, without interrupting the academic, admissions and student services content it runs on.

The work ran in stages across several years: a parallel rebuild, a hosting migration to Pantheon, an upgrade to Drupal 10, monitoring, training, and an ongoing maintenance programme.

A Canadian federal public sector client

Enterprise Website Builds

A trilingual Drupal build, delivered inside eight weeks

The partner agency owned client relations, UX, content and information architecture. What they needed was someone to build it, on Drupal, supporting three languages, inside six to eight weeks.

We supplied the delivery team, configured localisation up front rather than retrofitting it, and shipped inside the window.

Interstate Towing and Recovery

Intelligent Middleware

Release forms signed from the roadside

Interstate Towing and Recovery operate out of Grand Forks, North Dakota. Their site described the service and listed a phone number, while release forms, identity verification and legal document signing all happened on paper.

We rebuilt the site as a working tool: automated document signing and storage, multi-file uploads for release forms and ID photographs, and a mobile-first interface for people dealing with a recovery at the roadside.

Pipelyft

Intelligent Middleware

A SaaS platform delivered without upfront infrastructure spend

Pipelyft is a UK-based start-up developing a data-sovereign sales engagement platform for a global market.

DGxC built the hosting and billing pipeline that let Pipelyft give every customer an isolated instance in the data region of their choice, without paying for infrastructure upfront.

The team at DGxC really took the time to immerse themselves in our processes and get an understanding of our frustrations and requirements.
