Case Study - An annual report that stopped being an annual rebuild
Wyss Academy publishes a detailed digital annual report each year. Rather than rebuilding it annually, the report became a clone-and-customise process with the previous year archived intact.

Overview
The previous report was already live. The challenge was a repeatable process rather than a project: archive the prior year, stand up the new one with updated content and structure, support content in several languages, and keep the platform maintained without much overhead.
What we did
Working with Zeilenwerk, who led design and storytelling, we built the technical framework that turned the report into a repeatable product.
The earlier report was archived under its own subdomain while a cloned codebase was prepared for the next edition. We supplied technical leadership, customisation and the content structure changes each year's report needs, and helped prepare and load content across three languages. Hosting was configured for reliability, with monthly patching and monitoring keeping the report secure across its lifecycle. We also scoped and costed an optional Drupal 9 to 10 upgrade rather than forcing it into the same window.
The outcome
Wyss has a repeatable process to clone, rebrand and relaunch the report each year, with predictable cost and effort. Language coverage expanded beyond English and German, broadening who the report reaches. Zeilenwerk concentrate on design evolution and storytelling each year instead of on rebuilding the platform underneath it.
